What kind of art do you use? Is it original?
We use a blend of original artwork and carefully curated vintage art from the public domain. For our vintage pieces, we do not simply reprint what already exists. We enhance them with subtle filters, textures, and our own artistic edits to give each one a fresh, meaningful feel. Many of our designs are fully original, created in house to reflect the heart of our brand. Whether it is new or old, every piece is selected and refined with care to help you display truth beautifully in your home.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Our current turn around time for all orders is 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS. Please allow an addition 1-5 BUSINESS DAY(S) for transit time.
Signs are shipped separately from all other products and may arrive at a different time than other items in your order.
CAN YOU DO A CUSTOM ORDER OR CHANGE WORDS IN AN EXISTING DESIGN?

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER?
Since each piece is handmade, we begin preparing it quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please let us know within 24 hours. After that, we’re unable to make adjustments.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
As of now, we ship to the U.S. and Canada only.
MY ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Contact us at customersupport@rootedandgrounded.com, attaching the photos and including your order number, and we will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them, depending on your preference.
CAN I CANCEL/EXCHANGE/REFUND MY ORDER?
Since each piece is handmade, we begin preparing it quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please let us know within 24 hours. After that, we’re unable to make adjustments.
We don’t offer exchanges unless an item is damaged, but we take returns for up to 30 days after receiving an item. Simply email us at customersupport@rootedandgrounded.com if you need to make a return and we will give you instructions.
*Custom orders can not returned.
DO YOU WHOLESALE?
We wanted to keep our product's purchase price down, and to do so, we decided not to wholesale. Wholesale would require us to add more margin to the price; we didn't want to do that.
