WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Our current turn around time for all orders is 4-6BUSINESS DAYS. Please allow an addition 1-5 BUSINESS DAY(S) for transit time.

Signs are shipped separately from all other products and may arrive at a different time than other items in your order.

CAN YOU DO A CUSTOM ORDER OR CHANGE WORDS IN AN EXISTING DESIGN?

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER?

Once you have placed an order we cannot add or subtract items. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order.

 WHAT ARE YOUR SIGNS MADE OF?

Our signs are made from 100% wood. The face of the sign is made from premium cabinet grade 1/2 inch birch or whiteface plywood. The frames are constructed of premium white pine.

HOW ARE THE DESIGNS PUT ONTO YOUR SIGNS AND T-SHIRTS? ARE THEY PERMANENT OR VINYL?

We do not use vinyl on any of our products. The designs for our wood signs are UV printed directly to the painted wood. It is permanent and smooth to the touch, with no bleeding like you can get from paint. Similarly, our t-shirts are made using a direct-to-garment machine. The design is permanently printed into the fabric of the shirts similar to screen printing. Additionally, the design doesn’t run the risk of cracking or peeling like is often seen in heat press vinyl.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

As of now, we are only able to ship to the continental US.

MY ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in. Contact us at customersupport@rootedandgrounded.com, attaching the photos and including your order number, and we will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them, depending on your preference.

CAN I CANCEL/EXCHANGE/REFUND MY ORDER?

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of ordering. We don’t offer exchanges unless an item is damaged, but we take returns for up to 30 days after receiving an item. Simply email us at randgcustomerservice@gmail.com if you need to make a return and we will give you instructions.

 
HOW MUCH DO YOUR SIGNS WEIGH AND HOW SAFE IS HANGING ABOVE A BED OR CRIB?

The weight of each sign varies based on size. The smallest only weigh a couple pounds and the largest weigh around 8-10 pounds. We have routed a groove underneath the top frame that runs the whole length of the sign. This groove functions similar to a sawtooth hanger and allows for as many secure points to the wall as you would like. This allows the sign to hang flush against the wall and also makes it much safer than traditional hanging hardware, where only one or two nails are used. The sign also comes with detailed hanging instructions. To date, we have sold thousands of signs for above beds and cribs.
